Charla Holbrook is the secretary for the South Central District. She has been working in this capacity since 1999. Before that time she worked in the ECY Department. Her husband, Dr. Mike Holbrook, is the General Superintendent. They have two sons, Ryan and wife, Kandi, Chad and wife, Morgan along with 3 grandchildren.
